How do I pay for my parts?
rivercitymustang.com accepts credit card orders from our Online customers. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DISOVER, COD, Checks (please allow for clearing time) and PAYPAL. COD orders will be charged a $10.00 COD fee. Phone orders can be paid for by cash, check, or money orders by calling our Sales department at 1-916-625-1561 where one of our associates will be glad to help you with your order. Because of the additional handling time involved, phone orders may take longer than the standard 24 hours to process. PAYPAL ORDERS: please follow the regular checkout procedure, we have now implemented the paypal option into our payment choices. You will be directed to the PAYPAL site and once payment processing has occured, you will be redirected back to your invoice page on the River City Mustang site. How painless could that be?!.
When will my credit card be charged?
rivercitymustang.com does not charge for products until after they are shipped, however, we will authorize the amount that will be charged and get an authorization number prior to shipping. Since some items may be on back order, you will only be charged for the items shipped. Therefore we may be required to charge your card more than once to complete your order. If we are unable to process your card online, or there are any other problems with your order, a Customer Service agent will contact you to complete your order.
How will I know how much was charged to my credit card?
After placing your order, you will automatically receive by Email a confirmation detailing your order, including all charges.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders with a California shipping address will be charged 7.25% sales tax. All other orders are not charged sales tax.
