Warranty Policy

All of our parts are the very best quality available.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or happy with the part, please return it within thirty days from the invoice date for a full credit, exchange or refund (see below for return procedures).

When we receive the return, we credit your account.  Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was returned because of an error made by Rivercitymustang.com or if the item was damaged in shipping.

After thirty days, all parts are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer Warranty will vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.

 

Return Policy and Procedures

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. A customer service agent will be happy to assist you with your return. Our number is 1-916-625-1561.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The customer will pay all core return freight charges.

  • Return Procedure:
    • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting Customer Service at 1-916-625-1561 or email us at sales@rivercitymustang.com
    • If the return is caused from an error on our part, our Customer Service agent will arrange for free pickup and shipment of the item.
    • Place a copy of the original invoice in the package.
    • All returns must be in their original packaging.
    • Write the RA number on the package near the return address.
    • River City Mustang will pay for return freight under the following conditions:
    • Shipments resulting from any error on our behalf. Defective parts.
    • Incorrect quantity of parts shipped (too many parts).
  • Nonreturnable items
    • All publications, electrical parts and special order kits.

Return Information

Large items will be shipped via truck and are subject to freight charge. Any shipping damage should be reported to UPS at time of delivery. Refusal of shipment or not present for delivery will require customer to pay for return freight. The customer's credit card account will be credited after we have received the returned items .
