Delivery via 'UPS' is the standard shipping used at rivercitymustang.com. Ground and 3 Day Select (please call for this option, as some items have lead times) is the offering to our customers. Oversize items and charges are explained in detail below:
Oversize Shipping Charges
OS1 is defined as any package exceeding 84 inch in length and is equal to or less than 108 inch in length and girth( girth is the distance all the way around the package or object at its widest point perpendicular to the length) combined and weighs less than 30 pounds, the package will be considered 'Oversize 1 (OS1). These packages will be charged $18.95 USD.
OS2 is defined as any package exceeding 108 inch in length and is equal to or less than 130 inch in length and girth( girth is the distance all the way around the package or object at its widest point perpendicular to the length) combined and weighs less than 70 pounds, the package will be considered 'Oversize 2 (OS2). These packages will be charged $29.95 USD.
'3 Day Select', 'Ground' and 'Next Day Air' UPS delivery is available. Please contact us for current pricing. 1-866-650-PONY.
You may receive your orders in more than one box. This is due to the fact that we may ship from multiple warehouses to minimize overall shipping costs.
Truck Freight
Large items that cannot be shipped UPS must be shipped by TRUCK FREIGHT . Typical items that require truck freight are tubs. When other items are ordered at the same time, we package them together. The exact cost of a truck freight shipment is determined after the order is boxed and weighted. The following is an estimate of typical freight fees:

When more than one truck freight item is shipped the cost is increased, but not double of a single item. If you refuse delivery of the truck freight item and it is sent back to the warehouse, you will be charged for the truck freight. There is an addition charge of approximately $52.00 for residential address rather than an business address. For any delivery to a residence address, the trucking company will call and make an appointment for delivery.
International Orders (any order shipped outside the Continental United States)
We offer customer may different shipping options for international orders. US Postal is the preferred method, due to the lower shipping cost. But we can arrange for most shipping methods. Please email us with your preferred shipping method. No incomplete orders will be shipped without customer's approval.
